Today I've got a new home for "Where's the Focal Point?". This one is just newly built, and has a beautiful front room that we are going to give some personality to by the end of the week. Looks like earlier this year it was staged for sale, and now is empty.

The focal point is pretty obvious--a fireplace that big really grabs the attention! I wish the photo weren't so blurry.
Tomorrow we'll look at the room's assets and issues.
