This home is locate in the region where buildingfloating houses is a long time tradition – Lake Union,
Seattle. Even though it is surrounded by other similar
houses it has much more modern design and good look.
The site is very small but architects managed to create
great place as for living as for entertaining. The private
space is located on float level while public ares have
taken the second one. The entry, guest rooms,
master’s bath and bedroom are located one the float level.
